At HigherDOSE, we want you to feel the high of your new favorite gear, but if it's not a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to start the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
